International Kittens of Mystery

I've been experimenting with Myspace for the past week or so. It's been both interesting and frustrating. Interesting because the site has so much potential and frustrating because it's so error prone. First, I can't send any bulletins or post messages to any forum. The software says I posted successfully but uses the word in the 'it's been written in invisible ink, lost, sent to the wrong airport then destroyed in a controlled explosion' sense of the word.

Apparently it's a known error - since January - that certain users have their bulletins disappear. A known error for over a month on a basic function does not engender confidence in the system.

And how can you get a simple search wrong? Type in SF as a search term under books and a fair proportion of hits will not contain the term SF anywhere.

But I will persevere.

Talking of which, how do other people use MySpace? My plan is to use it as a networking site and mirror the writing related blog entries there. Do other people mirror their entire blog?

And anyone else had their posts blown up in a controlled explosion?

Here's my Myspace profile
